Crohn’s disease (CD) is a debilitating disease that attacks the intestinal tract. Signs and symptoms of CD are what make CD so challenging. Fever, nausea, vomiting, fissure, abscess formation, diarrhea, and urgent, bloody stool can keep the patient isolated. Though the physical manifestations of the disease are taxing, CD also has psychosocial aspects that can severely affect the patient. In this course, we will investigate the progression of CD, its management, and the patient’s quality of life.
